Simply decriminalize all statutes that focus on victimless crimes such
as possession of small amounts of pakalolo. Period. Doing this would
free-up an awful lot of well-trained, dedicated police and security
officers to go after the rapists, muggers, murderers and other
sociopaths in our midst instead of wasting their time pulling up
harmless weeds.
