It's a vote for states' rights. While the majority in both the House and Senate keep telling us they want to give power back to individual states, they continue to battle every state that has tried to reform the prohibition against medical marijuana. Even more disturbing is the fact that this policy has kept hemp, a profitable and extremely useful product, out of the fields of the Colorado agricultural community.
