After all, in the grand scheme of things, pot is pretty innocuous. I don't advocate drug use (including alcohol) for anyone, but the laws against marijuana have got to go. We have been living in a hypocritical society for more than 80 years now. Our nationally sanctioned drug of choice, alcohol, is far more dangerous than pot. Ask any street worker who sees drug problems every day and it soon becomes evident that pot poses no major threat to the public; alcohol, on the other hand, destroys more innocent people than all other illicit drugs combined. Let's get the antiquated, harmful laws off the books now. Decriminalize marijuana today. - --- MAP posted-by: John Chase
