FUTILE CANNABIS LAW (3 0F 3)

Lezley Gibson has either been smoking some pretty strong stuff of the 
prosecution grossly exaggerated its street price at ?40.  Either way she is 
living in the wrong part of the country.  Here in southern wales, 
possession of eight grams would automatically lead to a caution for a first 
offence - and a whole ounce (28g) of cannabis can be purchased for less 
than ?55.
