The charges follow a seven-month investigation at Alcoa Wheel by the State Line Area Narcotics Team, or SLANT. An undercover officer posed as an employee and made purchases of cocaine and marijuana at the plant, authorities said. The investigation was launched after Alcoa employees made numerous complaints about drug abuse and dealing at the Beloit plant, narcotics agents said.
