SANITY ON MARIJUANA

Thank you for the editorial, "Medical Marijuana Fight Goes To The Supreme
Court" (Dec 3). Your support for sanity on the medical efficacy of cannabis
is very welcome.

One of the federal government's prohibitionist arguments against cannabis is
that one of its effects is euphoria. Seems like a likely antidote to the
sour, uncaring attitude of bureaucrats addicted to a war they can't win.
