Any comparison of it with alcohol is quite irrelevant. While health professionals are urging people to stop smoking tobacco and to reduce their consumption of alcohol and other drugs which impair sound judgment, we have a man in Parliament promoting the use of cannabis. What a bad example he is to young people. Any parliamentarian who supports the decriminalisation of marijuana use will lose as many votes as he gains.
