JOINT VENTURE

Sir, I don't know if the NHS has a source of supply for its cannabis
("Blair agrees to legalise cannabis for medical use", 24 March), but I just
might, possibly know of a man who just might, possibly be able to get it
for 1 pound less per ounce than any other supplier.
