RCMP ON THE WRONG SIDE

North Vancouver -- It is shocking, but not surprising, that the United 
States is going to imprison Allen Richardson for a 30-year-old drug offence 
(news -- April 25). What I find more shocking is that it was the RCMP and 
Canada Immigration that took the initiative by seeking him out and 
informing the United States, not vice versa.
