CANNABIS SHOULD BE DECRIMINALISED

The sooner cannabis is decriminalised, the better.

As for Sergeant Chris Roper's comment: "To the best of my knowledge most of 
it's being bought from gang houses." Ten years ago, that may have been the 
case. But now cannabis is readily available on the streets, and in 
Cathedral Square.
