PURGING AMERICA OF DRUGS

McCaffrey and Reynolds will be receiving my recipe for resolving this
nation's disgustingly expensive drug problem.

Simply, the powers that be (Drug Enforcement Administration, FBI,
Immigration and Naturalization Services and border cops in general)
should release the thousands of pounds of confiscated marijuana,
cocaine, heroin back into the community with one additive derived from
the plant, ipecacuanha. Sound familiar? Yup, it is that old emetic,
"Ipecac."

I say, if the drug-challenged citizens of this country want to binge,
let them purge.

On the other hand, since this country created the gross national
product of Columbia, what kind of mouse will roar if they go bankrupt?
