Simply, the powers that be (Drug Enforcement Administration, FBI, Immigration and Naturalization Services and border cops in general) should release the thousands of pounds of confiscated marijuana, cocaine, heroin back into the community with one additive derived from the plant, ipecacuanha. Sound familiar? Yup, it is that old emetic, "Ipecac." I say, if the drug-challenged citizens of this country want to binge, let them purge.
