ALCOHOL IS MORE DESTRUCTIVE

KUNDIAWA MP Peter Waieng has called for the conditional lifting of the
liquor ban in his province of Chimbu as you reported last week but
where did he get the idea that marijuana is a more destructive
substance than alcohol?

Alcohol is a dangerous addictive drug. Marijuana on the other hand is
not physically addictive and has never caused a death.

While many people use both safely many have a genetic predisposition
to alcohol addiction and ruin their lives with this drug. Some people
also over do it with marijuana, but at least they don't suffer the
health consequences associated with alcoholism.

Perhaps you're getting your information from the American DEA instead
of peer reviewed scientific research.
