JAILED AGAIN

CANADA: An upstate New York judge has jailed a Vancouver man who fled a 
penal work camp 29 years ago while serving up to 4 years for selling $20 
worth of LSD to an undercover agent. Allen Richardson told the Rochester 
judge he fled in 1971 because a guard told him he was about to be returned 
to Attica prison, where a deadly riot had just occurred.

The case was a cause celebre in Canada.
