DRUGS

I'm very disappointed in the Eastside Journal's biased headline on the 
story of illicit drug use during the eight Clinton Administration years of 
oversight. The headline read, "Drug report shows little progress in Clinton 
years."

The article said "Youth drug use in America increased sharply during the 
eight years of the Clinton Administration ... " This doesn't sound like 
"little progress was made," but rather that there was failure. Why wasn't 
the title of this article more accurate?
