Mr. Sullivan seems to have forgotten the name of Mr. Clark's party: "Progressive" Conservative. PCs may be fiscally conservative but they're not socially conservative. Mr. Sullivan suggests that Mr. Clark's actions will end his "political resurrection." But surely Mr. Clark is not trying to attract those 9 per cent of the voters who still support the Alliance.
