I was pleasantly surprised to learn the U. S. Supreme Court Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas voted to uphold the Fourth Amendment rights. It seems that up until now, there wasn't a single right that these two justices would not be willing to trample in the name of the war on drugs. It's good to see conservative judges actually conserving the Bill of Rights. It was with great disappointment to learn that Justices John Paul Stevens, Sandra Day O'Connor, Anthony Kennedy and William Rehnquist seem to feel that the Fourth Amendment doesn't really mean what it says.
