POT GARDENS GROW:

North Coast law enforcement officials say pot gardens are bigger and
better organized than ever.

Mendocino County is in line to be the state's top pot producer this
year. The area, along with Humboldt and Trinity counties, is known as
the "Emerald Triangle."

On the North Coast, the marijuana black market is estimated to
generate at least $1 billion a year for growers and sellers.

Since January, 75,700 plants from mostly indoor growing operations
have been seized in Mendocino County. The state's anti-pot effort,
Campaign Against Marijuana Planting, or CAMP, pays for teams of
additional local, state and federal agents who move in over an eight-
week period to assist local agents-
