A CITY OF THIEVES

While the police carry out their war against home-grown marijuana 
operations, Vancouver is turning into a city of thieves.  They know the 
police are too busy to investigate reports of stolen credit cards, wallets, 
purses, and bicycle, and an array of other crimes that do not make the same 
headlines for the police as do the grass busts.

The police war on marijuana is making this an insecure city for locals and 
tourists alike.  Better priorities are needed before Vancouver's reputation 
as a city of thieves worsens.
