BUSTING THE WASTED IS A WASTE OF TIME

The crime rate in Fayetteville might not be so high if police didn't 
waste so much time enforcing drug prohibition laws.

Every marijuana arrest takes a cop away from preventing real crimes, 
such as assault, robbery, burglary and murder.

America's drug crusade is a complete failure and we should stop 
wasting time trying to make an unworkable policy work.
