KILLERS' CONVENTION?

Last year 5,000 people went to the annual Hempstock Festival. Because of 
six arrests, this year the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, the Bureau of 
Liquor Enforcement, state police and Somerset County Sheriff's Department
