More drug abusers are permanently off the street and will never bother us again. We do not even have to pay tax money for prosecution or incarceration. Or we could ask how many more have to die because we have a thriving black market due to drug prohibition. It's a black market in which hard drugs are adulterated or inconsistent quality leads to overdoses.
