POT USERS TREATED UNFAIRLY.

Andrew Scott's letter criticizing the Tax League and medical marijuana 
patients, Journal letters, Oct. 5, reads like a one-man hate crime. It is 
dishonest and prejudiced to refer to bonafide medical patients who have 
been raided as, "marijuana criminals," especially since not one medical 
marijuana case in Placer County ever showed sales or criminal activity.

It is equally dishonest and prejudiced to suggest that medical marijuana 
patients are dangerous drivers, when not one case ever involved driving. 
Finally, it is cruel and bigoted to suggest that the sick, disabled and 
elderly patients who have been raided are "criminals who try to hide behind 
an illegitimate use of Prop 215. . ."
