PROHIBITION AIDS TERROR

I thought the Nov. 12 Chronicle story "Heroin likely aiding Taliban 
effort," was a no-brainer.

When all is said and done, it is the huge profits involved in illegal drugs 
caused by prohibition that fuel regimes like the Taliban and cause 
corruption worldwide.

Let's see, how can we end this problem?
