Junior minister Bobby Molloy said the Department of Environment is backing a two-year programme of drug analysis by the Medical Bureau of Road Safety. Initial findings of a preliminary analysis of samples submitted between July and December 1999 found 37pc testing positive for illegal drugs, most commonly cannabis. - --- MAP posted-by: Beth
