GHB NOT LIQUID ECSTASY

In the April 2 news story "Ecstasy user resuscitated by EMS staff,"
it is stated: "The party-goer had ingested a large amount of alcohol
mixed with the drug GHB, a liquid form of the rave drug ecstasy."
This is false. GHB is not Ecstasy. Ecstasy is the compound Methylene
Dioxy Methamphetamine, MDMA for short. It is a mild stimulant with
mild hallucinogenic properties. In every way it is the complete
opposite of GHB, a sedative.
