REVISITING DRUG POLICY

Ellis Henican's piece on the war on drugs, "The True Triumph of 
'Traffic'" [March 25], clearly outlined the failure of our current 
drug policy.

Prohibition has never worked and never will. Only a public health 
approach will reduce the problems associated with drugs.
