STATE SHOULD SUPPLY HEROIN

As the Kings Cross injecting room is now a reality, then the only
logical consequence is for the State to supply the heroin.

The only way to destroy the drug industry is to introduce a low-cost
competitor that will drive the drug dealers out of business.
