A principle of basic economics, maybe - but "God's law"? Please! Granted, progress in the "war" on drugs has been poor at best, and that is aside from the question of whether it should even be waged or not. But I wonder if Blaney would apply that logic to guns, child prostitutes and animal furs. Probably not, I am guessing.
