CANADA EXPECTED TO OBEY U.S. ON MARIJUANA

Canada will never decriminalize marijuana despite the science and harm
done to its citizens by prohibition. Despite your claims to be
independent from the United States, you will follow our demands that
marijuana remain illegal. The war on marijuana users is a moral
crusade that the U.S. imposes on the rest of the world. Sure, you will
discuss it, you might even pass a weak decriminalization law, such as
was done in Great Britain, but you will never reform. Our drug tsar
will visit again and you will comply. Sorry.
