I kind of like the way we are going with the drug laws, I mean, not wanting 
to put adults in cages for putting something in their bodies that we may 
not put in ours is a good start.

But why is it that there always has to be some sort of criminal element 
attached to the cannabis prohibition issue?

The answer is simple: End cannabis prohibition.

Allow people to put as much in their body as they want, allow everyone to 
possess as much as they want, and let everyone grow as much as they wan. 
The value of pot would then go from as much as gold per ounce (literally), 
to the same worth as carrots. No?
