THIS COULD MEAN END OF SCHOOLS

This is in regards to the Russell Schools District's decision to use drug 
dogs again (The Daily Independent, July 31).

Yes, indeed, daily floggings will continue until morale is improved.

On the bright side, this could signal the end of public schools in your 
community.
