DRUG ADDICTS NOT VICTIMS

This is in response to the drug addict in jail complaining about his 
predicament. Taking drugs is a choice, nothing more. Quit acting as a 
select victim, seek treatment; you have plenty of time now. Self pity will 
only keep you a "victim."
