Seems he's legally entitled to grow and smoke marijuana for chronic pain and was claiming his rights were being infringed because he won't have access to the stuff behind bars. But then I discovered his situation had nothing to do with his medical condition and everything to do with his conspiring to possess and traffic marijuana. Bye-bye sympathy. Anyway, I don't know why this guy is so worried. From all I've heard, the drug trade is pretty brisk in most prisons.
