CHRETIEN SHOULD FINISH THE JOB

In regards to Jean Chretien's 1981 attempt to decriminalize marijuana; I
would say it is time he finished the job and he would be supported by the
vast majority of citizens -- he will never get a better chance. We don't
need anther half a million marijuana convictions over the next decade.
