THUMBS UP AND THUMBS DOWN

Congratulations on your support for Prime Minister Jean Chretien and his 
thoughtful analysis of the world problem of the concentration of wealth and 
power in western civilization.

However, I disagree with your thumbs down attitude toward the recent Senate 
Committee's recommendation to legalize marijuana.

For too long we have been criminalizing the users of pot while selling the 
more harmful drugs such as alcohol and tobacco.
