William Austin's statements that Canada should ban cigarettes and alcohol as well as keeping marijuana banned sound great in theory; however, prohibition is proven to not work. Education and treatment have proven to be much more effective in managing the problem of drug abuse. I suggest Canada get away from the failed U.S. policy of prohibition.
