He touches on the fact that marijuana use is never going away, and he's right that illegally transporting it should be a capital felony --- but if growing your own were legal, you'd still have marijuana "moonshiners" selling marijuana side-by-side with cocaine and other illegal drugs easier to conceal and more profitable. The solution is to take a page from our own history --- Prohibition. Legalize marijuana and put it under the exact same laws and controls as liquor.
