Dear Editor:
Commissioner Buster Moton should keep it up. The words of this man can't 
lower the morale of the Clarksdale Police Department or the citizens of 
Clarksdale. After all, Chief Steve Bingham rearranged officers' shifts to 
reduce the overtime and moved personnel around to different divisions, 
taking perhaps from other much-needed areas.

Our Police Department does a much-needed and welcomed job of protecting the 
city. But, Chief, tell me how important is a drug bust or a gun raid if you 
can't tell the citizens who broke into their homes, stole their cars, or 
robbed them or their family members at gunpoint?
