OPERATION DRAGNET

My sincere thanks and congratulations to Mayor Riley, Chief Greenberg and 
Lt. Vance for another successful effort in Operation Dragnet to rid our 
neighborhood of drug dealers. The recent arrests prove that city officials 
are committed to helping improve Eastside residents' quality of life. The 
Eastside Community Council and I pledge to continue the work we stated two 
and a half years ago, to rid our neighborhood of drug dealers and to create 
a safe and positive environment for our children. Again, we greatly 
appreciate the city's efforts. Together we will prevail in our struggle to 
reclaim our neighborhood from the dealers.
