DRUG-FREE ZONES

While driving past a school, your attention is drawn to those "drug free" 
signs.

It occurred to me, just how are people interpreting these signs? Does it 
mean that because I don't live near a school that drugs are OK on my 
street? How about on your street?

What would happen if there were "drug free" signs on every street? What an 
interesting concept!
