In Plylar's poignant question, "If we fight the war on terrorism like we fought the war on drugs, can we expect the same results?" Unfortunately, the answer is yes. If the United States had continued the counterproductive policy of Alcohol Prohibition, I doubt the Allies would have been victorious in World War II.
