REGULATE THE GROW INDUSTRY

CANADA'S POLICE have it backwards on marijuana grow operations. Rather than 
eliminate privacy rules protecting patients, required by Health Canada, 
they should seek to regulate the grow industry and remove the dangers from 
grow-op raids. Everyone wins that way.
