DRUG USERS ALREADY CRIMINAL

To The Packet:

One aspect not considered in your article, "Drugs, crimes often linked," is 
that once a person decides to use drugs, he or she already is a criminal. 
They have nothing to lose by committing more crimes. You rarely hear about 
someone committing a robbery to support their tobacco habit.
