PROOF OF EXACTLY WHAT PROHIBITION DOES

RE: "POLICE Slam Grass Price" (July 10.)

The difference between the price in medicinal marijuana and black market
marijuana provides excellent proof of exactly what prohibition does, which
is nothing more than serve as a federal subsidy to maintain better prices
for criminals.
