BEATING DRUG SUSPECTS

Nothing's changed in 30 years. The Vancouver police are the worst in 
British Columbia. They've been doing this for years. But I'm sure they'll 
whitewash this incident, as they do all of them.

They never seem prepared to admit guilt. They're always innocent. What 
they're getting away with is a joke.
