The feds might as well be spending a billion fighting the weather. Has any measurable progress been made in this war? Will it ever end? I don't think so. Perhaps the solution may be just to legalize drugs. Alcoholic beverages were legalized over 60 years ago, and yet very few people are staggering around drunk every day.
