While it wouldn't be a good idea to drive immediately afterwards in either case, should it really be considered a problem three hours later? As for "U.S. studies" about marijuana, most people know the U.S. has been brainwashing the public for years with dubious "studies" that attempt to "prove" pot causes everything from birth defects to psychotic behaviour. The source of this fear-mongering is (mostly) nothing more than the insistence of the self-righteous to inflict their brand of morality upon others. Enough.
