FLAWED DRUG POLICY? 

Am I relieved, after all these years of listening to Rush Limbaugh's
prattle, we have an explanation. He is a druggie. As a liberal I have to
congratulate him on seeking rehabilitation. I am sure that Rush does not see
himself above the law. If the reported purchases of thousands of pills are
remotely accurate, I presume the threshold for intent to distribute has
clearly been met. Is this just one more example of our flawed drug policy?
