LAW CAUSES CHASING DRAGON DEATHS

To the editor:

Re: "Addicts 'chasing dragon' to death," Dec. 3.

The reason users are dying after smoking heroin is surely because heroin is 
illegal. When alcohol was prohibited, thousands died. History is merely 
repeating itself.
