LIMBAUGH IS LUCKY

Rush Limbaugh is not being treated any differently from other victims of 
our misguided war on drugs. For him to contend that he is some how being 
singled out ignores the multitude of innocent people in jail for minimal 
involvement in this legal Catch 22.

He is really quite lucky that he does not have to plea bargain for 
something that he did not do because he doesn't have the legal means to 
fight for an honest day in court.

Our drug warriors have been relentless in trampling on the rights of 
individuals. This is a war against plants and citizens fought by forces 
that want a larger and larger of portion on the our tax dollars to support 
and out of control federal law enforcement appetite.
